Bowen Island Emergency Notification System
The system will be used to notify Bowen Island residents in the event of disasters or events that may impact your safety and well-being, such as earthquakes, wildfires or hazardous spills. The system may also be used to give you important instructions, such as evacuation routes, shelter-in-place instructions or neighbourhood notifications. Emergency Support Services on Bowen
Emergency Support Services (ESS) provides short term assistance to British Columbians who are forced to leave their homes because of fire, floods, earthquakes or other emergencies. Assistance may include food, lodging, clothing, emotional support and family reunification services.
