April 2 at 7 p.m. at Collins Hall

Caring Circle is hosting an evening Clinging to the Rock of information and discussion about mental health and wellness including support options and local resources. The evening will be facilitated by five mental health professionals.

This forum will focus on issues around anxiety and depression in particular, although we are interested to hear if there are other mental health concerns on the Island and hopefully those can be expanded on in the online survey and during the discussion time at the meeting on Wednesday.

We will develop a support program for Islanders based on the expressed needs of those who are in attendance at the meeting or who respond to our anonymous survey.

Help us develop this program by sharing your knowledge or telling us what would be helpful for you, your family or your friends.

Join us on APRIL 2 at 7 p.m. at Collins Hall.
